We're Home!

Yesterday we were able to leave the hospital and go home. We had a wonderful hospital visit, but it was also nice to hear that we were free to leave. Here are some final shots that we took before packing the van...I didn't have time to post on
Thursday, so this is an extra long post...













Even at home, Evan is sleepy and ready for a good night's sleep...



But no one could go to bed until we played pass the baby...





And gave Evan his first bath...







And after the bath, Evan was so content. This picture cracks me up...



Today we had several visitors, starting with Aunt Darlene, Ethan, Sarah, and Ben...









We took a break and let Evan try out the swing, which he loved!!



Then Miss Jill, one of our great neighbors, came over to visit. She brought us cookies and two little outfits for Evan. Thanks Jill!!



My friend, Jenna, also stopped by to meet Evan and brought a cute outfit and a fabulous dinner. Thanks Jenna!!



Then we had another wonderful neighbor bring Evan more cute clothes and his own toys. I forgot to take a picture.....that's what having little sleep will do to you! Thanks so much Cindy and Larry....you spoiled us!

Overall, we have had a great first day at home, but I'm extremely tired....I think I will go join Poppy now....just kidding. My bed sounds better. Until tomorrow...
