Happy Birthday Justin

Today we celebrated Justin's birthday. We made his favorite dinner...fettuccine with bacon and peas and garlic bread. While I was making dinner, this is what he was doing...



Evan had been crying, but he decided he enjoyed sitting with his big brother. This was a good thing because we were all hungry!

We made the birthdays simple this year. I decorated cupcakes and the kids were fine with that. I decorated Justin's with M&M candies.





We had a good day. We started the morning off at swim lessons. It was kind of chilly, so Evan wore his jacket and pants that Wanda gave him. He looked so cute and was apparently comfortable because he slept the entire time!



Here is a funny face he made this morning. He is always making the kids laugh...



Well, after Saturday, we will "officially" be done celebrating the June birthdays...but keep your eyes open tomorrow for the 1 month old picture. I can't believe my baby will be 1 month tomorrow!

First Smile

Today Evan smiled for the first time....isn't he cute?



He also tried hard several times to talk...



Today was a good day...



Mr Sam and Miss Lori came to visit too. It was great seeing you both and thanks for Evan's new outfit. We think it is adorable!

While Evan Was Sleeping

Today, while Evan took a long afternoon nap....



The big kids and I had some fun...













But don't worry....I checked on Evan at least ten times during our two hour swim...plus we have the monitor outside with us too! Tonight we went to buy our new lawn mower, but instead of looking at mowers, Evan and I took a quick trip to Gymboree. We found this cute outfit for only $11.75!!! I almost can't wait till fall to put it on him...



Just in case you can't tell, the bottoms are pants, not shorts...

Can You Say Exhausted?

Happy Birthday Emma and Erin

Today we celebrated Emma and Erin's birthdays. The day started out with a T-ball game, but other than that, we have been at home. It was a great day to go swimming and I actually made it into the pool today for the first time this season. It's hard to believe that my little girls are six...











Of course, no day would be complete without a picture of the newest family member...

Happy Birthday Caleb

Today is Caleb's birthday. I can't believe how fast the years are flying. I hope you had a good day even if we didn't get to go anywhere special this year. What a blessing you are to us.

These days, I love playing with my big brother, Caleb....





And I love to sleep....maybe I'll try to sleep tonight instead of during the day so daddy and mommy can get some sleep too!

First Dr. Visit

Today was our first visit to see Dr. Thomas. Evan is doing well and has almost gained back to his birth weight. He also grew an inch in the last 2 weeks! We are looking forward to tomorrow when we can just stay home and chill. Here are some pics from the day...
