ICU

Sig was moved to the ICU last night around 10:00. We were able to see him after they had him set up in the room. This morning he is still in the ICU, but is doing quite well. He was taken off the ventilator early this morning. He is talking and told us that he could hear us talking in the room last night. The last thing he remembered from yesterday is lying on the bed before being taken to surgery...his next recollection was us talking to him in the ICU. He should be moved to a normal room later this afternoon. So far, so good. Of course, he wants all the tubes out now, but is in good spirits. Thank you for your prayers. I will update later tonight.
